Dr. Breh is a fictional rap character played by Rob Moccio in the unreleased 2019 documentary, Falling Together: The Rise and Fall of Upside Down Creative Media.
We produced a 5 track album last year, titled “Views of 904.” The top single on the album was “A Day In The Life” where we sampled audio from the 2009 sketch you see in this video, titled “Doctar.”
